By accessing and using Bluemotiv LTD MyVehicle360 services, including our website, API, and any related services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
MyVehicle360 provides vehicle information lookup services based on registration numbers. We aggregate data from various official sources including DVLA, DVSA, and other authoritative databases to provide comprehensive vehicle reports through our website interface and API services.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
We ask that users of our site and, by extension, our API services do not engage in the following practices:
- Place an excessive amount of API calls to the MyVehicle360 system, or in any other way overburden the system, as determined by MyVehicle360 at its sole discretion.
- Attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the public and internal systems, databases and services provided by MyVehicle360.
- Share or misuse any form of credentials to the platform, including username/password and API key combinations.
- Attempt to use the services provided by MyVehicle360 to engage in any activity that could violate any applicable law or governmental regulation.
- Use our services for any commercial resale or redistribution without explicit written permission from MyVehicle360.
- Attempt to circumvent any usage limits, rate limiting, or access controls implemented by MyVehicle360.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access our services without prior authorization.
4. Data Accuracy and Limitations
In addition, we wish to make it clear that though we do all we can to ensure the integrity, reliability, and accuracy of our data, we cannot provide any form of guarantee or warranty. Furthermore, we are not able to guarantee that we are able to provide information on ALL vehicles regardless of subscription status.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information from official sources, vehicle data can change frequently and may not always reflect the most current status. Users should verify critical information independently before making important decisions.
5. Payment Terms and Refunds
We are unable to offer any form of refund or credit on purchased Vehicle Information Reports. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices may change with reasonable notice posted on our website.
We do not offer any guarantee on the data we provide either through free lookups or paid reports. Each report is generated based on available data at the time of request.
6. API Usage Terms
If you are granted access to our API services, additional terms apply:
- API access is subject to rate limiting and usage quotas as determined by your subscription level.
- API keys are confidential and must not be shared, embedded in client-side code, or publicly exposed.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access for violations of these terms.
- API availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to maintenance windows and updates.
